ProConsultRix training and coaching provide a framework for identifying skills needed to grow in each career stage. ProConsultRix guides professionals as they navigate their unique career journey.
We offer in-person group training on an online Learning platform in real-time. This allows Professionals to clarify concepts, gain knowledge, and apply them in their own context. We believe that training is a small subset of the overall learning journey. We complement the learning journey with individual coaching. We don’t stop at this. We also help build a lifelong community of like-minded individuals who can learn from each other as they grow.

Founder CEO, Executive Trainer and Coach
Anuraag Bhatnagar is the Founder of two startups, IntelliStride and ProConsultRix.
Before transitioning to entrepreneurship, Anuraag was global business leadership roles at Nokia and Kathrein, with a strong focus on execution and strategy. He has extensive experience leading teams across cultures in Taiwan, Turkey, India, and Singapore. In his 30-year career, Anuraag has worked across the IoT, Telecom, Oil and Gas, and Engineering Construction industries.
Anuraag’s passion for training and coaching executives as a hobby has turned into his new venture – ProConsultRix. He believes in the power of continuous learning supported by expert guidance or coaching, can enhance people’s abilities, developing leadership skills.
Anuraag brings thought leadership in project management, business management, and entrepreneurship to Mid-career managers and Entrepreneurs.

Ashwini is the co-founder of IntelliStride (an IoT solutions company).
His core strength is strategic growth. He has over 25 years of experience in sales, business development, M&A and alliances across Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia Pacific. He has worked in global organisations like Nokia and Ericsson, and with specialist leaders like Kathrein and Project Management Institute.
In addition to his professional roles, Ashwini is a qualified Executive Coach. He firmly believes that engaged guidance can develop individual potential to peak levels.
Ashwini’s has a Bachelor of Science from Delhi University and an MBA from IIM in India. Beyond his professional pursuits, Ashwini is a squash enthusiast, a qualified yoga instructor. His love for reading and exchanging ideas, further enriches his professional interests.
CFO
Karthik is an Infocomm technology sector expert with rich experience at several MNCs including Palm Inc., as its Managing Director for Asia Pacific Region and at Hewlett Packard as its Vice President for Customer Services covering Asia Pacific and Japan region.
Karthik has over 30 years of executive level experience with strong capabilities around financial strategies, customer service operations and business development.
He is well versed in conducting financial due diligence, process improvement and internal realignment exercises having handled multiple merger-acquisitions.
Karthik is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is the Founder – Director of Spearhead Global Services Pte Ltd., Singapore. Additionally, he also acts as a strategic growth consultant for start-ups in Singapore and India.

Pragati Gandhi is a highly experienced Master Certified Coach who has worked with clients globally for over 20 years. She helps executives become coaches and fosters growth and development for individuals.
Pragati is passionate about maximizing potential and has co-authored an accredited coaching program, consulted for an award-winning organization, and founded the Delhi Chapter of the International Coaching Federation.
