A Project is a microcosm of an organization, which is set up to deliver objectives in the most optimal way. The training aims to explain how AI Tools can improve project management processes. Implementing AI in a project requires utilizing various tools for different tasks and establishing a clear flow of data and information throughout the project. The goal of the session is to provide Project Leaders with a thorough understanding of the steps required to utilize advances in AI. The case study based training session is designed to give participants hands-on experience in using AI tools for a project.

Course Structure : 

The training will be divided into 4 sessions of 4 Hours each, spread over two days. The structure below serves as a guideline for the training flow and can be modified or enhanced as needed by the group.

Module 1: Basics of AI technology and Introduction to application.

This Introductory session introduces the participants to the basics of Artificial Intelligence and the latest development trends in the field. We will also introduce the case study towards the end of the session.

Module 2: Setting up the Project Data Ecosystem.

This session will introduce the participants to the basics of setting up the data structure for the project. Good data is the backbone for harvesting value for any future Analytics or AI initiatives.

Module 3: Application of tools in a Project Environment.

Various AI Tools will be applied to the case study, with changes in the project during the execution of the projects. Real-life changes will be simulated, and the effect on various Project deliverables will be assessed during the session. This will be a hand-on session.

Module 4: Concluding session.

This session will consolidate all the learnings from the previous 3 sessions. The participants will also be encouraged to think ahead and make a preliminary plan for implementing the learning in their upcoming or ongoing projects.
