The structured yet flexible program helped me build lasting habits. One of the most powerful experiences was reflecting on my life and recognizing why I made the decisions I did—it felt incredibly liberating to understand myself at that depth. I also learned the art of managing upwards. Additionally, I now have a deeper understanding of my personal brand, making me more intentional in how I present myself and my value. It’s been an experience and a journey that will stay with me forever.

Anuraag has solid experience of project management, working across different cultures and starting up new businesses and divisions. He has high work ethics and a strong analytical mindset with an ability analyzing a variety of complex topics to get to the essence of things.

I would like to confirm the strong and sharp transformational focus that Anuraag had demonstrated during our collaboration at Nokia. Anuraag had been leading a X-Nokia program to boost Serviceability and manage the requirements from different units and stakeholders. In that one he had shown a very structured approach and been communicating clearly on a complex topic. Without his experience in transformation and the related soft skills we would not have had such progress and success in that program.
